JERSEY SETS FOR NEW PLAYERS - JV/VARSITY

Hello JV and Varsity families:

Please see the attached uniform order form for JV and V players. The JV/V uniforms are not the same as the middle school uniforms.

NEW PLAYERS: If you have not been assigned a jersey number, please provide 3 choices so we can check availability. We will assume that last season's players are keeping their jersey number.  

RETURNING PLAYERS: Do you have all the pieces to the uniform set or need a larger size? If so, fill out the form and we will invoice you for those items you need. We are assuming you are using your same jersey number. If you would like to change, provide 3 choices so we can check availability.

JERSEY SETS (includes home and away jerseys, home and away socks, shell): $300

FULL Jersey Sets are required for all players. Players may not wear jerseys, socks or shells from any other team/organization/company. If you only need a part of your jersey set, indicate on the order form and email to dana@thompsonpharmacy.com

Home Jersey: $90

Away Jersey: $90

Home Socks: $30

Away Socks: $30

Shell: $70

A separate invoice will be emailed once orders are placed.
